We provide the backup software, monitoring, testing and restoration services as a standard to everyone. We use backup software compatible with ALL virtual machines running on Hyper-V and managed backup solutions for hardware devices. We do require that hardware and virtual infrastructure be at a certain age and performance level to be compatible, so if upgrades are needed we will provide a project proposal.
Managed Local and Cloud Backups
Backups are critical. We make sure that all your critical infrastructure is backed up, secure and is easily restorable by monitoring the backup schedules running test-restores. We ensure that backups are taken to a secure, local device and then offloaded to a secure, redundant datacenter in the cloud. We take care of the entire process, so there’s never a need for you to wonder if your data is secure or not.
1TB of included Hot Cloud Storage for critical company data
In order to ensure redundancy, we provide cloud storage and make sure your backups are stored in datacenters in AWS, Microsoft Azure or Wasabi depending on availability. All cloud backups are encrypted and HIPAA / PCI compliant with a BAA and active versioning. Data is stored on Hot Storage clusters and is accessible 24/7 with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Full M365 Tenant Backup and Continuity for Email, SharePoint and More
Just as important as securing your network infrastructure, it’s critical to backup your productivity and cloud suites hosted at Microsoft or GSuite (Google). We connect to your tenant and duplicate content to a secure datacenter in a separate location in case the company hosting your productivity suite is disrupted. Never worry about deleted data in your Microsoft or Google Email, SharePoint, OneDrive, or GDrive again.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
We offer an even more robust backup solution to uCONNECT Complete Compliance customers with BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery). Differing from a traditional backup, BCDR is an active backup which replicates machines to a Hot Spare in real-time, offering customers who absolutely cannot afford any downtime to immediately boot from the Hot Spare. Along with a solid disaster recovery plan, BCDR allows customers to boot and fail-over to the Hot Spare machine as soon as an outage is detected, minimizing downtime from hours to minutes.
